Double Staff Instruction catered to your needs. A beginner session covers the essentials of spinning 2 staves, including grip, the concept of timing and direction, reels, weaving the staffs without having them hit, and moving and turning with both staffs in motion. We’ll go over how to trace some shapes and how to connect them together. An intermediate session may explore linear isolations, chuu chuus and other hybrids, and how to connect them.
